Job description ### Your mission : As an STPS Specialist and fire protection safety officer, you will join a team of specialists in the field of health, occupational safety, and fire safety. Your mission will be to develop the CFST areas in a broad sense and ensure the compliance of the services delivered to clients. You will report directly to the F4S Management and security engineers, and will work in close collaboration with the various specialists within the company. Your main tasks : • Perform STPS compliance and fire protection audits at client sites • Analyze occupational risks and establish mandatory safety documents (MSST system audit, hazard determination, evacuation plans, fire protection concepts, etc.) • Propose prevention solutions adapted to the specific needs of each client • Conduct occupational health and safety training for clients (employees and managers), and as part of our training curricula • Organize and supervise evacuation drills • Evaluate the compliance of fire protection installations and equipment • Write expert reports and detailed technical recommendations • Accompany clients in the implementation of our CFST standard solution • Ensure the follow-up of action plans and respect for deadlines • Collaborate with the competent authorities (SECO, CFST, SUVA, cantonal labor inspections, and the fire police) • Maintain regulatory monitoring on the evolution of legal bases relating to SST • Represent the company to clients and contribute to its reputation for expertise Why join us? Profile sought ### Qualifications: • STPS Specialist diploma • AEAI fire protection safety officer certificate with continuous training follow-up • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as an occupational safety specialist in Switzerland and in fire protection, in a company with particular hazards and fire protection • In-depth knowledge of legal provisions regarding occupational safety, health protection, and fire protection • Perfect mastery of French both orally and in writing and technical knowledge in English • Knowledge of German: an asset • Flexibility for geographical mobility to meet client needs (mostly canton of Geneva) • Driver's license (car / scooter) • Swiss nationality or valid permit Aptitudes and skills : • Excellent sense of organization and priority management • Strong analytical capacity • Sense of responsibility • Ability to adapt and anticipate • Pragmatism and solution orientation • Ability to work in a team and independently • Interpersonal skills
