Senior Management Controller (h/f/x) Bulle

Your missions ## • You act as a Financial Business Partner for the production area, • You ensure the monitoring of expenses by cost center, • You analyze the deviations of the income statement (financial and analytical) and formulate relevant recommendations, • You define and monitor financial improvement plans in collaboration with functional managers, • You develop and manage the budget of the production area, including costs, hourly rates, analytical depreciation and residual values of assets, • You contribute to the preparation of financial plans, • You validate investment requests through ROI analyses, • You develop KPIs, reports and performance analyses, while driving optimization measures. Your profile ## • You have a bachelor's or master's degree in finance or a similar field, • You have initial experience in controlling or data analysis, ideally in an industrial environment, • You speak fluent French and English and have good knowledge of German, • You master the MSOffice suite and have practical knowledge of an ERP, • You are an autonomous, flexible person who appreciates teamwork, • You distinguish yourself by your analytical skills, your ability to communicate and your sense of relational skills.
