To strengthen our Swiss HR team (responsible for approximately 500 employees) at our Laufen / BL site, we are looking for an immediate: HR Generalist 100 % (m / f / d) - with specialization in payroll and administration In this extremely versatile function, you will support and complement the HR team in all operational HR processes. What tasks await you with us: • Monthly payroll processing as well as participation in tasks related to monthly closing and year-end changes • Management and control of personnel and payroll master data • Processing of accident and illness reports, daily allowance statements, EO absences, and child and family allowances • Calculation and reconciliation of social insurance and withholding tax • Various reconciliations with our controlling and finance department • Responsibility for complete personnel administration, from entry to exit • Management of the time tracking system What we expect from you professionally: • Completed basic commercial training as well as additional training in the field of human resources and/or social insurance • Several years of professional experience in personnel and payroll administration, including year-end work, preferably in a manufacturing company • Very good knowledge of Excel and SAP • Precise and autonomous work as well as a keen sense of numbers • Very good oral and written knowledge in German and French, good knowledge of English desired You are a dynamic and reliable team member, characterized by reliability, a strong sense of service, flexibility, pragmatism and of course the pleasure of collaborating with colleagues, employees and superiors.
