Your tasks Here you can get involved: • Organizational talent: General administrative tasks and office organization. • Communication: First point of contact for customers and partners (by phone and email and also online). • Support: Assistance with the preparation of meetings, presentations and events. • Data maintenance: Recording and maintenance of administrative data in our systems. What you bring Your profile • Willingness to learn: High motivation to learn new things and get started. • Soft skills: Reliability, a structured way of working and a friendly demeanor. • Basic IT skills: Secure handling of the PC (ideally basic knowledge of MS Office / Word, Excel). • Languages: Good German skills in writing and speaking.
