Your Field of Action ### • During your further training, you will actively participate in the entire anesthesia process and carry out perioperative nursing interventions independently and in delegation of a specialist in anesthesiology, ensuring comprehensive care • You will work in a broad surgical environment where all surgical specialties are represented at the Luzerner Kantonsspital, accompanying and caring for patients of all age groups - from neonatology to old age • Your daily work is characterized by close collaboration with specialist physicians in anesthesiology, continuously expanding and deepening your specialist knowledge and developing your competencies in a targeted manner • As part of the interprofessional team, you will actively contribute to first-class care for our patients, ensuring high quality standards and maximum safety in anesthesia care with your in-depth specialist knowledge Your Experience ### • You have successfully completed your training as a nursing specialist HF (or a diploma recognized by SRK) and have already gained at least six months of professional experience in a Swiss acute care hospital • You are motivated by challenges: you are willing to complete the part-time postgraduate studies and sustainably expand your specialist competence • You are characterized by reliability, precision, and technical skill, and possess a quick grasp and pronounced team spirit and resilience • Furthermore, you approach people in exceptional situations with empathy and understanding, and always act professionally and responsibly Your Perspectives ### • We offer you a two-year part-time further training in anesthesia nursing: practical in anesthesia at Luzern, combined with in-depth theory at the XUND Luzern • Our competent and motivated trainers as well as specialist physicians in anesthesiology will accompany and support you with individual and practical learning guidance • You will have the opportunity to complete insight internships in different departments that work closely with anesthesia nursing • The LUKS will cover the majority of the study costs and offer you attractive benefits as the largest employer in central Switzerland, with a state-of-the-art clinic information system supporting you around the clock and digitally mapping the entire treatment process
