Our product portfolio includes sensors for critical process parameters such as pH, oxygen, as well as sensors for measuring cell density, which are essential in biological processes and unique in the world thanks to their innovative technology. What you can achieve: • Interdisciplinary product development (mechanics, electronics, physics, chemistry) at the interface with product management and production. • Bringing creative design ideas for simple, economical, and reliable solutions • Responsibility for the mechanical and design part of the product from idea to series maturity (including the construction and testing of functional models and prototypes) • Carrying out and evaluating technical calculations (e.g. tolerance calculations) • Writing technical documents during the development process in accordance with internal guidelines and processes • Close collaboration within the project team as well as with external suppliers and cooperation partners What you bring: • Degree in mechanical engineering (FH/Uni) • In-depth knowledge of CAD (preferably Creo Parametric) • Current mastery of German and good knowledge of English • Autonomous, reliable, and structured way of working • Curious and helpful personality, appreciating interdisciplinary team work • Desirable knowledge of the ISO GPS normative system Discover more professional opportunities at Hamilton on jobs.hamilton.ch.
