Location Genève Availability Immediately Type Fixed-term Reference 41256 Published on 05/07/2026 On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Job Description ### Quality Approaches and Monitoring Coordinate and lead a continuous improvement approach to existing processes and ensure their validation Deal with internal, external, and customer non-conformities by analyzing causes and implementing corrective, preventive, and curative actions. Trigger a non-conformity treatment procedure if necessary Implement problem analysis and resolution approaches Monitor and lead action plans following audit findings (process audits) As part of validating specific means (e.g., control/production positioning), conduct Reproducibility and Repeatability (R&R) studies Participate in drafting specifications for new means and validate them in terms of quality Monitor production components (conduct capability studies on critical dimensions identified during industrialization reviews) Validate and monitor prototypes, series 0 in relation to Control services, subcontractors, and Clients. Actor in implementing and monitoring the company's Quality indicators Client Contact Participate in customer offer reviews for the quality aspect Manage the Client relationship on quality aspects Quality Support Implement methodological support for Quality tools and approaches Actively participate in capitalizing and disseminating knowledge and know-how Train people in using quality tools (Non-conformity, document management, procedures) Quality Projects Participate in company projects (QRQC, 8D, 5S) Project leader and actor for implementing a quality software Capitalize and implement tools to improve processes Profile ### • Degree in Quality or Industrial Performance (Technician, Engineer, Master/Bachelor) • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality improvement in an industrial environment, watchmaking a plus • You have knowledge of GPAO software, knowledge of SAP a plus • Knowledge of reading plans, dimensional and sensory control • Good knowledge of project management and ability to lead sessions and groups • With a good relational skill, you are recognized for your analytical and synthetic spirit • You know how to manage priorities and be reactive, while being rigorous and autonomous • Thanks to your natural leadership, you like to share your experiences and knowledge, and thereby participate in the development of the team Quality Improvement Officer M/F at 100% / Fixed-term
