Gardener - Foreman with leadership responsibility

Activity + Lead and coordinate a small team of 2 to 3 employees + Analyze construction plans and realize projects on schedule + Plan work processes and material requirements together with construction managers + Organize and ensure just-in-time deliveries + Communicate on-site with project managers, architects, and clients and answer technical questions • Requirements + Qualification as a landscape gardener EFZ or a comparable qualification + Several years of experience as a foreman in a landscaping company of at least 5 years + Confident handling of reading construction plans + Fluent German skills for smooth communication + Technical understanding of construction site processes and requirements • Offer + Responsible task in a committed team + Opportunity for active participation in the design of projects + Working environment with clear structures and timely project implementation
