Partner to a Foundation supporting people with a disability, we are looking for nursing assistants for regular temporary missions, which may lead to an open-ended contract starting in October 2026. Nursing Assistant (M/F) Your profile: • Recognized training in the field of care; • Recognition of the diploma by the competent authorities when necessary; • Proven experience in supporting people with intellectual disabilities, multiple disabilities, or a loss of autonomy; • Ease in performing hygiene and comfort care; • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team; • Sense of observation, rigor, and reliability; • Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect for the dignity of the beneficiaries; • Good ability to adapt; • Schedule flexibility and availability to work occasionally on weekends, public holidays, or at night. Your role: Within a multidisciplinary team, you will actively participate in the well-being, comfort, and safety of the beneficiaries. Your main missions will be as follows: • Accompany beneficiaries in daily life activities; • Ensure hygiene, comfort, and well-being care; • Assist with dressing, movement, positioning, and meals; • Observe the general condition of the beneficiaries and transmit all useful information to the nursing team; participate in risk prevention, particularly related to falls, pain, nutrition, and mobility; • Promote the maintenance of autonomy and respect the rhythm, abilities, and habits of each beneficiary; • Collaborate with educational, nursing, and therapeutic teams; • Participate in the maintenance of the beneficiaries' immediate environment and the tidying of equipment; • Contribute to respectful, secure, and individualized support.
