Job Profile • Telephone contact with new and existing customers (Inbound/Outbound) • Advice on subscriptions, products and services • Active sales closing with a focus on individual and team-related goals • Identification of customer needs and targeted creation of offers • Answering follow-up questions and objection handling • Documentation of sales activities and customer conversations in the CRM system • Work in shift operation possible depending on the assignment company Your Profile • Experience in sales or in telephone customer contact is an advantage • Strong communication skills in German; French language skills are an advantage • Joy in active sales and in achieving measurable goals • Convincing, positive appearance and high service orientation • Independent, structured and result-oriented way of working • Confident handling of the PC and common tools We offer you • Temporary assignments with fair, performance-related remuneration • Possibility of a later permanent position at the assignment company • Home office possibility on at least two days per week (depending on the assignment company) • Modern workplaces in a contact center environment • Diverse tasks in a dynamic team • Personal accompaniment and support by selected Interested?
