During the night, you ensure that they feel safe and well looked after. For our Wohnhaus Schörli, we are looking for a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF 40-50 % - Night watch with late shifts who would like to enrich our team humanly and professionally! Das Wohnhaus Schörli is part of the Verein Wohnsch and offers people with dementia a home. In our small residential house, we live in a family-like residential community. The house has twelve places in friendly single and double rooms, each equipped with a nursing bed. As a night watch, you are responsible for 12 residents alone and are an important reference person during the night hours. With your calm, attentive, and professional manner, you contribute significantly to the well-being of our residents. Your role with us • You work independently on the night shift or during the late shift and ensure professional care and support for our residents with a high degree of personal responsibility. • You recognize changes in health status and react professionally and competently even in challenging or unforeseen situations. • You carry out the necessary nursing measures independently and ensure careful documentation. • You ensure a good flow of information and a professional handover to the day shift. What you bring • Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF, with foreign diplomas having the corresponding SRK recognition. • Joy and ideally experience in the care and support of people with dementia. Experience in the night shift is an advantage. • Confidence in working independently and the ability to act calmly and deliberately even in demanding situations. • A respectful and empathetic manner with our residents. • Sense of responsibility, reliability, and good powers of observation. • Good oral and written German skills.
