As part of our weekend shift team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth production process. You identify optimization potential and drive improvements according to Lean principles, as well as projects such as 5S, audits, or quality initiatives. You ensure that production, logistics, and storage processes function efficiently and maintain relevant data in SAP. You conduct employee interviews, support personnel decisions together with your manager and HR, and promote the development of your team.
