Your craft ## • You create employment contracts, agreements, and various writings for our employees.  • You process exit formalities, create termination confirmations, workflows, as well as intermediate and work certificates.  • You maintain master data in the personnel information system and ensure proper storage of electronic personnel files in rexx.  • With your helpful nature, you support the HR Service Center, take on deputy roles, and thus contribute to a smooth process.   Your foundation ## • You have a commercial basic education and ideally further training in the HR area or initial experience in personnel management. • You speak fluent German. Every additional language is a plus. • You work independently, structured, and with a lot of initiative, and also keep track of complex tasks. • You are a team player who actively contributes to a positive working atmosphere.
