Home Care Nurse (M/F) Structure and contract: Major player in home care intervening in the cantons of Genève and Vaud; Structure placing particular importance on the quality of care, proximity, and personalized support for beneficiaries; Home interventions in a defined geographical sector, by car, by bicycle or on foot depending on the zones; Variable hours: morning, day, evening, split shifts, weekends according to needs; Depending on your availability and the needs of the field, we also offer: regular missions with an activity rate of up to 80 % short-term replacements specific one-off interventions on short notice temporary missions from a few hours to several weeks Your profile: You have at least 2 years of experience in nursing care; You ideally benefit from a first successful experience in home care; You possess good knowledge of the Genève and/or Vaud care network, a real asset; You are organized, autonomous, flexible and endowed with an excellent sense of adaptation; You are comfortable with IT tools and care documentation; You have a personal vehicle or are mobile in your intervention sector; You are capable of managing emergency situations and unforeseen events autonomously; You demonstrate discretion, empathy and great interpersonal ease; Your criminal record is clean; You are looking for both a regular activity as well as an opportunity for occasional missions according to your availability. Your mission: Ensure individualized and quality care for beneficiaries at home; Perform nursing care autonomously in compliance with good professional practices; Ensure the traceability of care and transmit essential information for the continuity of care; Evaluate the needs of beneficiaries and participate in the development as well as the adaptation of the care plan; Collaborate closely with the various interveners and partners of the care network; Contribute to staying at home and to the preservation of the autonomy of beneficiaries; Intervene within the framework of regular rounds, planned replacements or urgent missions according to the needs of the field.
