At ISS, you keep modern buildings running. As a building technician, you ensure that electrotechnical systems or HVACSE systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electrical) function perfectly at all times – for more comfort, safety and efficiency. What to expect Operating and monitoring technical systems Regularly checking and assessing the objects and building infrastructure and reporting any defects Carrying out fault analyses and corresponding measures Coordinating and carrying out inspection, maintenance and repair work Accompanying and monitoring internal and external suppliers and craftsmen Receiving and independently processing inquiries as a contact person for the customer On-call service What you bring with you Completed vocational training with EFZ in the field of facility management or building technology Several years of experience in the maintenance of complex building technology systems Good German language skills in speaking and writing Experience in dealing with internal and external customers/suppliers Good PC skills (MS Office) and willingness to use internal programs Driver's license cat.
