Coach (m/w/d) 80 - 100% The inAut GmbH supports, on behalf of the IV and other referring authorities, neurodivergent individuals (autism spectrum, AD(H)S) in their search for and retention of a training or job position in the private sector. We combine social thinking with economic action. Our commitment is constantly growing - and so is our team. We are therefore looking for a motivated and experienced person as Coach (m/w/d) 80 - 100% in the regions of Lucerne and Zurich, starting immediately or by agreement. Your tasks include: Individual support, assistance and coaching of our clients in the respective region (Lucerne or Zurich) Conducting initial, clarification and location discussions as well as regular coaching discussions Active acquisition of jobs and employment positions in the private sector (by phone, in writing, in person) Advising employers on the optimal integration of neurodivergent employees in the workplace Collaboration and communication with external authorities (e.g. IV, social services, employers, schools, specialist agencies, parents) Documentation of the coaching process and creation of reports You bring: A completed degree in Social Work, (Occupational) Psychology, Social or Special Education At least two years of professional experience in one of the above-mentioned fields, preferably in the area of coaching and/or working with neurodivergent individuals Resilience and stress tolerance, combined with high self-organization and willingness to travel regularly (driver's license B and own vehicle an advantage) Flexibility, initiative and quick grasp, with which you can also act solution-oriented and appear confident in demanding situations A structured, forward-thinking and independent working style, supplemented by organizational skills Outstanding communication and consulting skills in dealing with various stakeholder groups - from authorities to employers to relatives Excellent German language skills (required), good English and/or other language skills are a plus In addition to the exciting, varied tasks, we offer you: A meaningful activity in a dynamic and committed team High degree of autonomy and flat hierarchies Flexible task and time management as well as home office Comprehensive training and induction, which prepares you perfectly for your tasks Attractive compensation and 5 weeks of vacation Room for your ideas and participation in a lively work atmosphere Attractive workplace in spacious office space in a central location in the city of Lucerne or Zurich Have we sparked your interest?
