Emmen | 80-100% What you can contribute to <br /> • Ensure technical management of the assigned group on the aircraft (group leader) • Act as an authorized expert for the qualification, certification, and authorization of executing personnel and control personnel • Perform repair work and fault diagnostics on the mechanical systems of combat aircraft (current and new generation), ensure flight readiness, carry out intermediate checks, and restore systems to working order, as well as hand over and take over aircraft with pilots • Guarantee knowledge transfer as a technical instructor in specialized courses • Intervene in the standby service in the event of an accident (e.g., respiratory protection, fire extinguishing vehicle), on arrestor cable and net installations, and, if necessary, as a driver • Support foreign deployments and intervene outside regular working hours <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Technical/mechanical vocational training (CFC); experience in aviation (notably F/A-18) an asset; high skills in mechanics and/or avionics • Category B driver's license required, C and E an asset; good computer skills (MS Office/SAP) desired • Excellent social and leadership skills; responsible, autonomous, precise, and team- and customer-oriented work method • Good physical and mental resilience; positive result of the security check for persons required • Knowledge of a second official language and good knowledge of English (level B2) desired • Certificate of modules according to EASA Part-66, category B1 (mechanics) and/or knowledge of legal regulations for aircraft maintenance an asset <br /> In a few words Are you ready to take on a challenge in an environment where cutting-edge technology, quality, and precision shape everyday life?
