As a customer-oriented and convincing personality, you are the contact person for some of our customers when it comes to IT, especially networks and security. It is your credit if the IT applications in our datacenter and at customers function flawlessly and their employees can work without disruption. You naturally have support from an experienced team and show yourself to be a strong team player. Your tasks & your responsibility In this polyvalent position, you design, configure and optimize modern customer environments, with a heavy focus on the area of network and security, but you are also open to comprehensive infrastructure projects. You are responsible for demanding IT projects, from concept to acceptance. In addition, you take responsibility for the maintenance and support of customer networks. With your curiosity and passion for the topics of Network and Security, you think outside the box and continuously develop your knowledge. You like to proactively pass on your strengths and know-how and are happy to be able to build upon the offerings of your team colleagues. You receive a lot of freedom in the planning and implementation of your tasks. After a short induction period, you already act extremely independently, responsibly and in a team-oriented manner. What you bring with you You have completed IT training with professional experience and/or you are studying computer science part-time or are about to graduate. You possess very good knowledge in the field of network (Switching, Routing, WLAN) with certification at level CCNA/CCNP or comparable. You have very good knowledge of HPE Aruba products and preferably current certifications. You have good knowledge in the field of firewalls and experience, in particular with Fortigate, preferably with current certifications. You possess affinity and interest in technical IT Security and knowledge in the areas of Forward-/Reverse proxy (e.g. Netscaler), NAC/Dot1X/Radius (especially Clearpass), PKI and certificates. You have an affinity for Windows Server/Client as well as virtualization technologies and understand the systematic connections. You like customer contact, are communicative and act authentically. You enjoy working independently, plan systematically and take responsibility. You maintain an overview even in hectic situations, negotiate in a solution-oriented manner and are prepared to perform a sprint or an extra mile if necessary What you can expect from us Flexibility: 4-day week?
