Junior Consultant and Coach for Youth / Case Manager 60% supports young people in educational, professional and personal development processes. Through individual counseling, coaching and support, we strengthen resources, open up perspectives and support our clients in achieving their goals sustainably. Additionally, we offer workshops for apprentices as well as practical and vocational trainers on various (learning) psychological topics. Our clients include private individuals, companies from all over Switzerland as well as the Disability Insurance (IV). With plus, we have also expanded our offer to adults aged 25 and over. Workload: 60% distributed over 3.5 days, fixed-term for one year with the possibility of permanent employment Start date: From 01.
