Then join us to shape the shopping experience of tomorrow! ## To strengthen our team in the Beauty sector, we are looking for, immediately or to be agreed, for an indefinite period, at the Genève site, a\* motivated\* and\* committed\* person as Assistant Floor Manager, 100%. ## Your responsibilities • You support the Floor Manager in their daily activities. • You ensure the implementation of operational activities on the sales floor. • You are the guarantor of neat merchandising. • You accompany and coach employees on the sales floor. • You guarantee an organization oriented towards customers. • You ensure the availability of goods and stock management and you communicate specific needs to headquarters. • You lead meetings with the sales team. • You are responsible for achieving the agreed budget and performance objectives. Your profile • Ideally, you have completed basic training in retail, ideally in the field of beauty/cosmetics. • You have solid experience in sales and customer advice within a premium environment. • You benefit from initial experience in a management or team coordination function. • You are able to organize and accompany a team in an autonomous and professional manner. • You are passionate about the world of beauty, market trends and the customer experience. • You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and know how to offer personalized support to a demanding clientele. • You keep your calm and your sense of priorities in a dynamic, high-traffic environment. • You speak French fluently; mastery of another language is an asset.
