The Service famille, éducation, sport et jeunesse (FAM) accompanies residents in essential daily areas, in connection with families, school, leisure, sport and participation in local life. Socio-cultural animator at 60% The Service famille, éducation, sport et jeunesse (FAM) accompanies residents in essential daily areas, in connection with families, school, leisure, sport and participation in local life. Attached to this service, the Animation-Jeunesse sector develops local action with young people aged 6 to 25. It creates spaces for meeting, expression and experimentation that promote living together, inclusion and the active participation of young people. In this context, you will contribute to socio-cultural animations and collaborate on the general functioning of Animation-Jeunesse. You will furthermore be responsible for the following main missions and tasks: Design, organize and coordinate activities (open sport, animai, accueil jeunes, etc.) Animate and actively participate in activities organized by the sector and local or regional partners Participate in the engagement of monitors and auxiliary animators Manage the premises and equipment of the sector and ensure their proper use Participate in professional working groups related to youth at the communal, regional, cantonal, romand and national levels, as well as in various association committees Collaborate with various communal partners, associations and youth groups (animation, prevention, events, etc.) Promote activities to the target audience and concerned partners and ensure their visibility in the public domain Carry out detection and prevention action with the target audience Perform administrative tasks and ensure their follow-up This position requires: Diploma in social work (ESTS or HES) or equivalent training Experience in socio-cultural animation and in the supervision of children and adolescents Great ease and practice in project management Skills in group animation Sense of responsibility and organizational capacity Listening skills and ease in relationships Sensitivity to multicultural issues Natural authority and ability to manage conflicts Spirit of collaboration and dynamism Open-mindedness and perfect autonomy Good knowledge of common IT tools Driving license B indispensable, license D1 desired This function involves irregular working hours, either in the morning or the afternoon, evening, weekend, school holidays and/or public holidays.
