Bern, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% The contribution you can make <br /> • Provide advice and support to executives in all personnel-related matters • Be responsible for the entire employee lifecycle in the assigned organizational units • Provide assistance in the context of change and transformation projects as well as participate in management events • Develop and implement processes, guidelines and standards in the field of HR <br /> What distinguishes you <br /> • Tertiary-level diploma (university, UAS, SSC) in human resources and business administration (the federal certificate APF constitutes a preferential qualification) • Several years of experience with general competencies in the field of HR, preferably as an HR business partner • High consulting skills, excellent communication skills and empathy • Ability to think strategically and an operational approach • Good active knowledge of at least one second official language <br /> In summary As an HR business partner, you will have the role of strategic interlocutor for our executives.
