What you can achieve ## • Analysis and processing of 2nd-level support inquiries • Documentation of software errors as well as close cooperation with our agile development teams • Development and maintenance of automated end-to-end tests • Execution of manual regression tests for our eHealth solutions • Conception and implementation of interface tests for our APIs • Active participation in the further development of our test strategy and test processes • Creation of meaningful test reports as a basis for decision-making for product management What you bring with you ## • Experience in customer contact and enjoyment of project-oriented work • High initiative, willingness to learn, and quality awareness • Sound knowledge in at least one test automation framework (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) • Understanding of modern software development processes and agile methods • Experience with issue tracking tools such as Jira • Knowledge of the Swiss healthcare market or eHealth environment is an advantage • Very good German skills (native language) as well as good English skills HCI Solutions develops and operates innovative eHealth solutions for the Swiss healthcare market.
