BIM Expert: Construction Execution ---------------------------- We are looking for an experienced, implementation-strong personality who, as a BIM expert in construction execution, takes over the technical responsibility for BIM topics in the road construction department. You ensure that BIM tools, processes, and data provide real benefits - economically, practically, and sustainably. Your tasks: • As an experienced construction manager, civil engineer, or construction project manager, you apply your BIM expertise in a targeted manner to increase the added value of BIM and development projects. • Support in creating introduction strategies for BIM development steps and their introduction to employees in the field. Parallel setup of the necessary technical operational and support organizations. • Communication between the department and coordination of the implementation of development projects with other departments. Regular information of stakeholders and management about the current status. • Identification of technical, procedural, and data-related requirements and ensuring their implementation in suitable BIM applications, processes, component libraries, and data. • Strengthening the BIM skills of the teams along the process chain, securing knowledge transfer, and driving efficient digital project execution. Your profile: • Initiative, solution-oriented doer personality with a sense of responsibility and active change management. Teamwork, interdisciplinary work, and economic thinking. Good networking in the construction industry. • Ability to translate complex requirements into understandable, implementable concepts and present them confidently to stakeholders. • Higher education (FH/Uni) in engineering or construction, sound construction knowledge, and knowledge of regulatory requirements. • Good process understanding and experience in the application and configuration of Common Data Environments (CDE) and BIM planning tools. Experience in the use of AI for the digitization of business processes. • Mastery of French or German (at least C1), good oral/written knowledge in the other language (B2).
