For the house Tertianum Schönberg in the Bern region, we are looking for, as of immediately or by arrangement, an Education Coordinator Nursing and Care 80-100% Your tasks • Responsible for the organization, planning and implementation of learning support on the wards • Contact person for our AGS learners, FaGe learners and HF students • Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process • Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach • Taking over tasks as a reference person for nursing • Taking over day responsibility and coordination of the day team • Taking over tasks as a theme carrier for an assigned specialist topic with technical instructional authority Your profile • Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF • Completed vocational trainer course and SVEB 1 or willingness to complete these • Professional experience in long-term care desirable • A warm and humorous basic attitude with a passion for education • Joy in versatile challenges • Good German skills in speaking and writing Why Tertianum?
