ASDD Dietitian (m/f) Founded in 1997, AxelCare SA is based in Bevaix (Neuchâtel) and active throughout Switzerland. Recognized by health insurance companies, AxelCare contributes to the home care of patients through quality care via its multidisciplinary team and in close collaboration with various actors in the field of home healthcare. AxelCare offers its services in the fields of respiratory and artificial nutrition, to patients at home and in institutions. We are looking for, to complete our Valais-Chablais-Riviera regional team: An ASDD Dietitian (m/f) at 60 – 80% Riviera – Bas Valais region Fixed-term contract 8 months: October 2026 to May 2027 YOUR MISSIONS Ensure dietary consultations upon prescription at the patient's home for the Lausanne region Collaborate with the nursing teams of nursing homes (EMS) and advise them in the nutritional care of residents Proactively maintain our relations and collaborate closely with all our partners (contracting hospitals, home care structures, treating physicians, and nursing homes) Offer our training to partners Administrative support for the coverage of treatment by health insurance companies Participate in your own training and in the continuous improvement of AxelCare's operations YOUR PROFILE Bachelor of Science HES-SO in nutrition and dietetics (for foreign diplomas, CRS recognition required) Interest in clinical nutrition and outpatient consultations Flexible, autonomous and capable of working interdisciplinarily Comfort with the use of standard IT tools Driver's license WE OFFER YOU Home office Company vehicle Autonomy in organization Varied missions within a dynamic team A discount in our pharmacy YOUR APPLICATION Are you ready to take on this challenge?
