In this context, we are looking for a/an Concierge MAIN MISSIONS You ensure the routine maintenance, cleaning and first-level maintenance of the buildings. You perform technical rounds, check the installations and carry out small repair work. Furthermore, you coordinate the interventions of the commissioned companies and ensure the follow-up of maintenance contracts. You ensure the quality of the services provided and compliance with the agreed deadlines. You regularly monitor the cleaning services of the external company, ensure the follow-up of any non-conformities and participate in the replenishment of consumables necessary for the proper functioning of the premises. In addition, you also provide logistical support during institutional events by preparing the premises and the necessary equipment. Finally, you contribute to the continuity of the "Intendance" service in the absence of the head concierge. DESIRED PROFILE You hold a CFC in operations or an equivalent training in the field of buildings and benefit from a minimum of 3 years of experience in the technical maintenance of buildings. In addition, you possess good general technical knowledge, master French orally and in writing and hold a category B driving license. Organized and attentive, you demonstrate an excellent sense of responsibility and enjoy teamwork. Your interpersonal skills and sense of service constitute real assets for this function.
