Security Engineer (f/m/d) # Be your best with bechtle ## On behalf of our Lausanne-based public sector client, we are looking for a Security Engineer (f/m/d) responsible for supporting the Cybersecurity Manager in operational activities, IT and business projects, as well as in the continuous improvement of the security framework. Your mission #### • Support the Cybersecurity Manager on RUN and BUILD activities, by autonomously taking charge of operational topics and proposing areas for improvement. • Ensure the monitoring of vulnerabilities, security incidents, and remediation plans, and contribute to the definition and implementation of future vulnerability management frameworks. • Participate in security transformation projects, from the study and recommendation phases to the implementation and evolution of the selected solutions. • Contribute to cybersecurity governance, risk management, audits, compliance controls, as well as topics related to data protection and management. • Maintain and evolve security frameworks, ensure the monitoring of actions, indicators, and dashboards, and contribute to documentation, procedures, and employee awareness. Your profile ## • Higher education in computer science, cybersecurity, systems and networks or an equivalent field, with at least 4 years of experience in cybersecurity. • Imperative mastery of Microsoft Defender and concrete experience in the implementation, operation, and evolution of security solutions in an enterprise environment. • Solid skills in operational cybersecurity, with a good understanding of infrastructures, systems and ideally network environments; mastery of Fortinet is an important asset. • Appreciated knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, SCCM, JAMF, Windows Server, VMware and Meraki, particularly regarding workstation security and identity and access management issues. • Residence in Lausanne or surroundings.
