LEAD PROJECT ENGINEER - ELECTROTECHNICAL

Vadec SA is a private company of public interest responsible for waste management in the Arc jurassien. Active throughout all stages of waste recovery, the company positions itself as a major center of expertise in this field. To contribute to the development of our new Vadec_évolution plant project, Vadec SA is looking for a LEAD PROJECT ENGINEER - ELECTROTECHNICAL. Missions: • Ensure the role of generalist project manager with an electronic / EMRS dominance, responsible for overall technical design, solution consistency, and technical arbitration; • Lead industrial electrotechnical, EMRS, and energy projects related to the major revisions of our facilities, retrofits, as well as Vadec_évolution and COL_évolution projects; • Define technical needs, establish concepts, and validate automation, supervision, and instrumentation architectures in collaboration with internal resources; • Lead studies, develop, and propose technical improvements aimed at optimizing energy performance and managing energy flows; • Maintain EMRS / automation technological watch and integrate relevant developments; • Support maintenance and operation during critical situations or technical shutdowns; • Actively contribute to improvement projects by respecting hygiene and safety principles and anticipating risk analysis; • Define, master, and respect costs and budgets. Your profile: • HES/EPF engineer in electrotechnology or equivalent, with 5 to 10 years of experience in EMRS/electrotechnical projects; • Written mastery of French; • Other languages used: English (B2 or C1 level) and German (B2 level: an asset); • Excellent decision-making and stress management skills; • Autonomous, communicative, flexible, and methodological nature; • Experience in public markets (an asset).
