CFO & Head of Central Services Your tasks You set the financial direction You are responsible for the financial management of Limeco and ensure sustainable financial and investment planning. You continuously develop Limeco's central financial processes – from financial accounting through controlling and budgeting to liquidity planning and risk management – and ensure their effectiveness. You create transparency regarding the financial development of Limeco and prepare sound decision-making bases for investments, financing, and strategic projects. You ensure effective governance, compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and transparent risk and control management. You lead the finance team (3 people) and promote its professional and personal development. You strengthen the foundation of our organization You lead the central functions IT, Backoffice, Corporate Development, as well as Occupational Safety & Quality Management with around 11 employees (5 Direct Reports). You create the prerequisites so that our business divisions can work efficiently and successfully. You further develop structures, processes, and systems and ensure that Limeco is positioned flexibly, efficiently, and in an oriented towards the future. You promote cross-departmental cooperation and use synergies to move the organization forward as a whole. You strengthen the Central Services as a competent and service-oriented support for the entire organization. You shape the change from "K" to "M" As a member of the Executive Board, you contribute financial, organizational, and strategic perspectives to the further development of Limeco. You identify opportunities and risks early, ensure transparency regarding significant corporate risks, and derive strategic fields of action and concrete measures from them. You drive change and development processes forward and make an important contribution to the implementation for the successful realization of the LEZ. You question existing structures, set new impulses, and actively shape the further development of Limeco. Your background You bring sound experience in the areas of finance, corporate management, controlling, as well as risk and governance topics and have already taken responsibility for the financial management of an organization. You have proven experience in the financing of large, long-term infrastructure or investment projects and are familiar with different financing models and capital procurement. You have several years of leadership and management experience in a comparable function. You have experience in the further development of organizations, processes, or cross-departmental projects and successfully bring complex change and development projects into implementation. You combine strategic, entrepreneurial, and analytical-conceptual thinking with a high orientation towards implementation. You convince through integrity, persuasiveness, and the ability to bring different interests together. You know how to inspire people, provide orientation, and shape changes together with them.
