You actively participate in the development and evolution of the animation policy by proposing innovative projects that are meaningful and adapted to the capabilities, desires, and rhythms of each individual. Through the design and animation of various activities, you promote autonomy, the maintenance of capabilities, social ties, and the well-being of residents. Beyond animation, you offer deeply personalized support, centered on the person, respecting their life story, values, and choices. You establish a relationship of trust with both residents and their loved ones, listening to their needs and supporting them on a daily basis, including in situations of fragility or end of life. Integrated into an interdisciplinary team, you work in close collaboration with professionals from different sectors to ensure comprehensive care. You actively participate in colloquiums, institutional projects, and key moments in the lives of residents. Through your commitment, you also contribute to making the EMS a dynamic and open living space, developing partnerships and activities in connection with the local community. Furthermore, you play an important role in transmission and supervision by accompanying apprentices, trainees, students, and civil servants, while ensuring the quality and consistency of professional practices. Sought profile • Bachelor's degree in Social Work (sociocultural animation orientation) or equivalent training; • Minimum 1 year of experience in an EMS or with elderly people; • Definitive driving license, category B; • CAS as a trainer (an asset); • Excellent relational qualities: listening, empathy, tact, and kindness; • Strong adaptability, creativity, and initiative; • Ease in interdisciplinary work and communication; • Sense of organization, autonomy, and ability to manage priorities; • Interest and skills in supporting vulnerable populations (cognitive disorders, end of life); • Mastery of computer tools, Sadies software a plus.
