In the Marketing & Sales department, we are looking for a motivated personality at the Burgdorf location as Product Manager Autoinjectors (YpsoLoop) | 80 - 100% # Ref-Nr. 8051 Work location: Burgdorf | Hybrid Your main tasks ### • Product Management function for our new platform development YpsoLoop with support function in Project Management and responsibility for sub-projects of the customer variant development • Leading sub-projects with enthusiasm and determination while adhering to schedules, budgets, and quality standards • Ensuring the flow of information between the internal team and our B2B customers from the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry • Supporting the sales team with opportunities as well as training regarding positioning, differentiation from the competition, value-based messaging, and technical product understanding • Coordination and implementation of product changes/optimizations (e.g., Change Control and CAPAs) • Creation of marketing documents for the platform Your profile ### • Technical, scientific (engineer) education (studies, HF, FH, ETH) • At least two years of professional experience, ideally in the field of medical technology, pharma, automotive industry, or plastics processing - experience in a GMP environment is an advantage • Additional training in the field of business administration or project management is an advantage • Strong organizational skills, a structured way of working, and a high degree of independence • Experience in customer contact and customer care • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills, as well as a positive, proactive "can-do" mentality. • Communication skills: Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1)
