Who are you? • You have a technical education, preferably as a mechanic, electromechanic, electrician or air conditioning technician • You have several years of professional experience in plant, machine or apparatus construction. Ideally, you bring an understanding of GMP, chemistry, pharma and possibly even for the area of product/personal protection. • You work customer-oriented, have a quick grasp and possess the ability to break down and communicate complex issues. • Good knowledge of the Office suite as well as business fluent German and good English skills round off your profile. Your area of responsibility: • Independent preparation and execution of installation, maintenance and repair of our plants at our users in the GMP and laboratory environment. • Independent management of your hand and service warehouse. • Documentation of acceptances (Site Acceptance Tests) and qualification of our plants, which are partly constructed and manufactured by us to customer specifications • Support during factory acceptances (Factory Acceptance Test). • Instruction and training of our users. • Your activity extends across the entire Switzerland and is occasionally associated with multi-day trips also into the nearby European foreign countries. • With appropriate qualification and many years of experience in technical field service, we offer the deputy management of our small service team.
