We are now commissioned to recruit an entrepreneurially thinking and team-oriented personality as Team- and mandate leader: real estate management In this versatile management function, you will take over the technical and personnel management of a medium-sized team. You will report directly to the management and be responsible for a real estate portfolio with rental properties as well as condominiums in cooperation with managers and administrative staff. Additionally, you will chair condominium owners' meetings. You will competently accompany your customers throughout the entire life cycle of their properties. Furthermore, you will contribute to strategic projects. You have a solid education and training in the real estate sector, at the level of real estate trustee or similar. You also have several years of professional experience and initial experience in management. Personally, you convince with a winning appearance, a proactive work style, and high customer and service orientation. You communicate securely and appropriately in German.
