In this position, you are responsible for the management of production facilities and the manufacture of pharmaceutical-chemical products. Your main task is the timely and cost-efficient production of chemical active ingredients (API), while complying with legal regulations regarding safety, quality, and the environment. Conducting risk analyses to ensure quality and safety during the production process. Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement of production performance. Coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals such as economy and delivery reliability. Promoting an efficient and successful work environment as well as effective communication with team members from various departments and customers. Adapting to changing priorities and simultaneously managing multiple projects. Your required profile: Completed degree (PhD, Master) in the field of chemistry or process engineering. Several years of professional experience in chemical and/or pharmaceutical production are desirable. Knowledge in the area of GMP as well as business management skills are an advantage. Fluent German and English skills in word and writing. Pronounced team ability and communication strength. Proactive and flexible way of working with the ability to work under pressure.
