No. AFE-AVE-T-54875 Description ### For an internationally active company in the pharmaceutical industry in the Basel area, we are looking for an experienced personality as HR Specialist (Senior). The position is initially limited to 3 months and offers the possibility of long-term permanent employment if suitable. Tasks ### • Holistic support of the employee lifecycle from entry to exit • Creation of employment contracts, work certificates, and other HR documents • Advising and supporting employees and managers in administrative HR matters • Coordination of on- and offboarding as well as support in recruiting • Processing of social security, withholding tax, and work permit topics • Participation in HR projects as well as the further development and optimization of HR processes • Ensuring high data quality as well as support with HR reporting, audits, and compliance Must Haves ### • Commercial training with further education in HR (e.g., HR-Fachausweis) • Several years of professional experience in Human Resources in an international environment • Good knowledge of Swiss labor law and social security • Experience with withholding tax, work permits, and international employees • Independent, structured, and service-oriented way of working • High discretion, reliability, and sense of responsibility • Very good German and good English skills • Good MS Office skills; experience with Abacus HR is an advantage • Have we piqued your interest?
