Senior Business Analyst # (m/f/d) freelance/in temporary permanent employment for a project Liestal Start date: immediately Reference number: 887749/1 Project information ### • No sub-contracting possible, exclusively personnel leasing via Hays (Schweiz) Tasks ### • Collection, analysis, and documentation of functional and technical requirements in close cooperation with stakeholders • Creation and structuring of requirement catalogs for ICT procurement and tendering projects • Planning, implementation, and moderation of workshops as well as stakeholder interviews for requirement gathering and solution finding • Analysis, modeling, and documentation of business processes to identify optimization potential • Implementation of business analyses, preliminary studies, and feasibility assessments within the framework of digitalization projects • Development of solution variants, decision bases, and recommendations for specialist departments and management • Further development of methods, standards, and templates for business analysis within the organization • Definition and optimization of roles, responsibilities, and interfaces in the business analysis and demand management environment • Support in the establishment and further development of the demand management process, including prioritization and structuring of requirements • Functional coaching and support for internal business analysts as well as ensuring the quality of analysis results Profile ### • Sound professional experience as a Senior Business Analyst in complex ICT and digitalization projects • Sound experience in performing business analyses, preliminary studies, and feasibility assessments • Demonstrable expertise in the collection, analysis, and documentation of functional as well as non-functional requirements • Practical experience in the field of ICT procurement, especially in the creation of requirement catalogs for tenders • Experience in the planning and moderation of workshops, interviews, and coordination with different stakeholders • Confident development of decision bases, presentations, and recommendations for action for management, committees, or authorities • Very good knowledge of established business analysis methods and frameworks (e.g., BABOK or comparable approaches) • Pronounced analytical, conceptual, and structured way of thinking as well as an independent and solution-oriented way of working • High operational implementation strength (hands-on mentality) with demonstrable experience in the independent creation of business analysis artifacts • Business fluent German skills in spoken and written (at least level C2) as well as convincing communication and coaching skills Benefits ### • A demanding and varied challenge within public administration
