() Your challenge You take over the overall responsibility for production (shift operation), maintenance and landfills. Together with your team of around 28 employees, you ensure the safe, environmentally friendly and efficient operation of all thermal and energy systems. With foresight and leadership, you continuously design and optimize organization, processes and structures - with the goal of high plant availability, sustainable resource use and economic operation. What you bring You have a technical or business management education with corresponding further training - and at the same time bring a pronounced understanding of the respective other area. You have experience in leading a producing operation and convince through sound specialist knowledge in the areas of operation and maintenance.
