Team Leader

As part of our industrial specialization, we are supporting a recognized SME in the canton of Neuchâtel, active in the packaging field. In order to sustainably strengthen its teams, our partner has entrusted us with the recruitment of its future: Team Leader You will join a human-sized company, recognized for its technical expertise, its managerial proximity, and the quality of its achievements. Your tasks: Lead, supervise, and motivate the production staff on a daily basis (approximately 20 people) Ensure the smooth running of the manufacturing program Control and validate the conformity of the manufactured products Guarantee quality, safety, and respect for deadlines. Propose and collaborate on the implementation of training Ensure consistent versatility of personnel Manage production contingencies and coordinate corrective actions. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and performance, KAIZEN philosophy Your profile: Technical CFC Proven experience in leading and managing a production team Knowledge of industrial processes and work organization Team spirit, sense of communication, motivated, flexible and open to new challenges Proficiency in ERP tools and performance indicators Willing to work in a team Why join Sigma?
