Maintenance Specialist / Maintenance Mechanic

For the company Jabil Manufacturing GmbH, we are looking for a maintenance specialist / maintenance mechanic for a temporary assignment at the location in Raron. As a maintenance specialist, you are responsible for ensuring the technical availability and reliability of our production facilities: • Fault analysis and repairs on CNC machines and production facilities • Recommissioning of machines after malfunctions or conversions • Carrying out preventive maintenance work to ensure trouble-free operation • Oil changes Filter changes Measurement and inspection of machine components • Optimization of plant availability through systematic maintenance plans • Support with the installation, commissioning, and relocation (re-positioning) of CNC machines • Active participation in the introduction of new products and production facilities • Support of the facility team with: • Maintenance work on the building Smaller repairs (mechanical and simple electrical) • Documentation of all maintenance, repair, and optimization work according to internal and regulatory specifications Jabil Switzerland Manufacturing GmbH Qualifications • Completed training as a mechanic, polymechanic, maintenance mechanic, or comparable • Experience in handling CNC machines (operation and/or maintenance is an advantage) • Good knowledge in the field of mechanics, basic knowledge in electricity is an advantage • Confident handling of PC systems: • Windows applications SAP (advantageous) MS Office (Excel, Word) • Structured and reliable way of working with a high orientation towards quality • Manual dexterity as well as solution-oriented thinking • Ability to work in a team as well as willingness to cooperate with various specialist departments What we offer • Exciting activity in an international medical technology company • Working with modern CNC systems and innovative technologies • Varied area of responsibility between production and facility • Opportunity for personal and professional development • Dynamic team and collegial working environment
