Type of contract: CDI Activity rate: 100% Start date: immediately or to be agreed Contractual place of work: Martigny Frequent travel between Pure Clinic Group sites: Versoix, Rennaz, Aigle, Martigny, Verbier, Sion and Sierre. YOUR MISSIONS • Lead renovation, maintenance, and layout projects for Pure Clinic Group establishments, from the definition of needs to their realization, ensuring the monitoring of budgets, service providers, and deadlines. • Guarantee the proper functioning and sustainability of the infrastructures by coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, technical interventions, and various regulatory controls. • Ensure a regular presence in the field through weekly visits to the clinics in order to anticipate needs, identify malfunctions, and ensure the quality, sanitary state, and image of the sites. • Manage service providers and service contracts (maintenance, cleaning, works, etc.), ensuring compliance with specifications and the quality of services. • Manage purchases for all clinics, from research and negotiation with suppliers to the monitoring of orders, deliveries, invoices, and after-sales service. • Ensure the administrative and financial monitoring of your scope: quotes, orders, budgets, invoices, contracts, and reporting. • Be the reference interlocutor for internal teams, owners, suppliers, and external partners, and represent Pure Clinic Group to co-ownerships when necessary. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS • Higher technical training (CFC, Brevet fédéral, ES, engineering, ...) • Excellent organizational skills and sense of priorities • Great versatility, good analytical and problem-solving skills • Interpersonal ease and ability to manage multiple stakeholders • You live in Suisse Romande, frequent travel required to our various clinics.
