• Fixed-term project with immediate availability • Expert for safety culture and continuous improvement About Our Client ## For our client, an internationally active Swiss industrial company specializing in innovative drive and control technology for HVAC systems, we are currently looking for an experienced Manager Health, Safety & Environment (m/f/d) in the Zürcher Oberland. This position is a fixed-term project until mid-December. Job Description ## In this position, the selected candidate makes a significant contribution to the continuous improvement of the health, safety, and environmental performance of the site. The versatile area of responsibility includes in particular: • Further development and implementation of strategic requirements in the areas of occupational safety, health protection, and the environment, as well as promoting a proactive safety culture • Responsibility for the support and continuous optimization of management systems, taking into account regulatory requirements, internal standards, and group-wide guidelines • Central contact person for external inspection bodies, authorities, and other relevant stakeholders, as well as coordination of audits and assessment appointments • Management of risk and hazard analyses, assessment of operational impacts, and investigation of incidents, including implementation and follow-up of suitable improvement measures • Conception and implementation of training, workshops, and information campaigns to promote a sustainable sense of safety and responsibility • Further development of processes for emergency preparedness and crisis management, as well as planning and organization of corresponding training and practical tests • Preparation of management and performance reports as well as participation in cross-functional projects for continuous improvement and knowledge transfer The Successful Applicant ## To be considered for this position, the ideal candidate meets the following requirements: • Successfully completed vocational training or further education in the field of occupational safety, health protection, or a comparable qualification • Several years of professional experience in an HSE function within an industrial or logistics environment • Proven experience in the implementation, further development, and auditing of management systems according to ISO 14001 and ISO 4501 • Sound knowledge of Swiss legislation in the areas of occupational safety, health protection, environmental management, and compliance • Business fluent German skills as well as very good English skills in spoken and written form • Strong leadership, communication, and assertiveness skills combined with a practical, solution-oriented way of working • Team-oriented and resilient personality with high initiative, strong prioritization skills, as well as a focus on safety awareness and continuous optimization • Positive attitude, high resilience, and confident handling of several parallel projects What's on Offer ## The position offers a demanding project with high visibility in an international industrial environment.
