WE ARE LOOKING FOR REINFORCEMENT FOR OUR FUNDRAISING DEPARTMENT Public Fundraising Employee 80-100 % | Thalwil ZH | immediately or by arrangement CBM Christoffel Blindenmission is an internationally active, Christian development organization. In areas of poverty, it supports people with disabilities and prevents avoidable disabilities. CBM Schweiz holds the Zewo quality seal and is a partner organization of Glückskette. As part of the Public Fundraising team, you will shape the relationship with our private donors and thus make an important contribution to successful fundraising and the future viability of CBM. YOUR TASKS You bear the professional responsibility for existing retention and upgrade measures in Public Fundraising and develop new measures in these areas: • Editorial planning, coordination, and further development of the donation magazine • Conceptual further development of upgrade products (thematic and project sponsorships) • Planning, coordination, and further development of cross-media upgrade measures • Creation and expansion of Donor Journeys with a focus on upgrades • Collaboration on the annual planning in Public Fundraising • Development of new ideas together with the team YOU BRING • 2-3 years of experience in a comparable position in fundraising or marketing • (Professional) university or equivalent degree • Ideally further training (CAS or higher) in fundraising • Very good written and oral communication skills • Independent, structured, exact, and reliable way of working • Team player with assertiveness and enjoyment of new ideas • Experience in coordinating multiple projects, even in challenging situations • Conceptual, analytical, and solution-oriented thinking • Very good MS Office skills, CRM know-how • German native language, good English and French skills, Italian is an advantage • Basic knowledge of barrier-free communication or willingness to undergo further training WE OFFER YOU • Responsible, varied activity in an international non-profit organization • Dedicated, motivated, and helpful team • Space for own ideas and experiences • Promotion of personal and professional development • Generous social benefits in the supra-obligatory range • Home office and mobile working possible Applications from people with disabilities are welcome - we are prepared to make appropriate arrangements for employment.
