Our castle is a special place - full of history, atmosphere and lived togetherness. We offer a variety of different work and employment opportunities for around 100 people with psychosocial difficulties. In this function, you will take on a central role in the medical care of our residents and work closely with the social services and care team. Registered Nurse HF or FaGe / MPA Workplace:  Schloss Herdern, 8535 Herdern  Workload:      80% - 100% Start:          immediately or by arrangement   YOUR JOB WITH US  • You closely accompany our residents in everyday life and take responsibility for their health development and stability.  • You recognize changes early, act in crisis situations and initiate suitable measures.  • You plan, manage and evaluate the nursing processes of the clientele and actively accompany them in the further course.  • You work closely with the family doctor team and accompany visits including preparation and follow-up.  • You take on a coordinating role between internal and external specialist agencies and ensure the flow of information.  • You perform medical-nursing tasks (medication, wounds, injections, blood collection).  • You accompany external appointments and ensure the implementation of medical prescriptions.  WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU  • Training as a dipl.
