To complete our company, we are looking for a : Specialized accounting collaborator / Specialized accounting collaboratrice Accounting expert / Accounting experte • Function: Accountant • CDI position at 60% • Place of work: Bossonnens Your mission You will ensure the complete operational management of the company's accounting and actively participate in the development, monitoring and budget analysis. Profile : • Federal certificate of specialist in finance and accounting or equivalent training • Confirmed experience in a similar function ideally in catering or multi-site services • Mastery of computer tools; knowledge of MEGA software: an asset • Experience in catering, hospitality or catering: an asset • Sense of organization and autonomy • Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment • Analytical and solution-oriented spirit Missions : • Complete management of general accounting, including debtors, creditors, payments, treasury and bank reconciliations • Establishment of VAT returns, entry and control of accounting entries and daily administrative monitoring • Monitoring of suppliers, control of operational costs and support for internal teams • Participation in the optimization of administrative and financial processes • Development and monitoring of budgets, analysis of costs and margins • Support for management in financial management and decision-making • Supervision of two collaborators in the processing of common financial operations We offer : • Great autonomy in the organization of your work • Varied responsibilities and a versatile position • A stimulating work environment within a committed and convivial team Entry into function: to be agreed Have we aroused your interest?
