To strengthen our marketing team, we are looking for you as a Marketing Project Lead 80-100%. Marketing Project Lead 80-100% Main tasks You work closely with the "Head of Marketing" role and ensure the performance and effectiveness of marketing. You are responsible for international communication and marketing campaigns and take over the management of overarching marketing projects. You support the international marketers in the implementation of quarterly initiatives (OKRs) and ensure the coordination of daily operational business. You take care of media and communication planning in cooperation with other involved roles. You are responsible for part of the marketing budget and define qualitative and quantitative key figures for measuring success. You ensure that campaigns, content, and projects are implemented in a strategically coherent and brand-compliant manner. You assume co-responsibility in the definition and further development of roles, responsibilities, and resources within marketing. Profile Completed studies in the field of marketing, communication, or comparable training. Several years of experience in leading marketing and communication projects. Technical understanding and a flair for industrial products. Sound knowledge of brand management, positioning, and integrated communication. Strong conceptual and analytical skills as well as a structured way of working. Fluent German and English skills, other languages an advantage.
