We intervene 365 days per year, on medical mandate, for all care needs related to an accident, a physical or mental illness and/or aging, in all the municipalities of Vallon de St-Imier. YOUR MISSION Proximity care and assistance: Support, care for and assist patients of all ages within the framework of home care. Execute delegated medico-technical acts with precision and accompany beneficiaries in their daily activities. Administrative and logistical follow-up: Perform current administrative and logistical tasks. Communicate, transmit and document your activity with relevance using our specific IT tools. Trusting relationship: Maintain relationships marked by respect with clients and continually adapt your interventions to the evolution of their needs. Institutional framework: Provide quality services according to the legal framework conditions and the specific regulations of our institution. Team spirit: Maintain and actively participate in excellent team, service and institutional cohesion. YOUR PROFILE Holder of a CFC as ASSC (Assistant in Community Nursing and Care). Previous experience in the field of home care constitutes an appreciable asset. Usual mastery of professional office and IT tools. Strong sense of responsibility, great autonomy and excellent management of priorities on a daily basis. Holder of a driver's license (indispensable).
