Your tasks <br /> • Lead a 3-member team organizationally, professionally, and personally as well as being responsible for and further developing the inheritance matters area • Process complex inheritance cases and assess special questions • Work closely with authorities, notaries, and relatives • Help shape the future of the specialist department in working and project groups • Accompany and promote trainees as a practical instructor <br /> Your profile <br /> • Commercial employee EFZ with several years of experience in inheritance matters • Further education in the field of law, leadership, or municipal administration (e.g., municipal specialist or municipal clerk) • Initial leadership experience or interest in taking the next career step into a leadership function • Empathic personality with strong assertiveness and communication skills, with stylish oral and written German skills (C1) • Networked way of thinking as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working <br /> We offer you You may rightly assume that the Canton of Bern is a fair employer in every respect with very good employment conditions.
