In this versatile role, you will work closely with various departments, manage audits, and support the further development of our Business Management System. Senior Quality Manager (m/f/d) # Your tasks ## • Planning, implementation, and follow-up of internal and external audits • Further development, maintenance, and rollout of the Business Management System (BMS) of the Business Support Functions • Support for Process Owners in the documentation and optimization of processes • Processing and tracking of error reports as well as support in the implementation of corrective measures • Further development and maintenance of meaningful quality reporting as well as analysis of relevant quality key figures • Collaboration in Quality Improvement Projects (QIP) within the Business Support Functions Your profile ## • Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business administration • Sound experience in quality management as well as knowledge of common systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, ISO 27001 or TISAX) • Many years of experience as an auditor • Very good English skills (at least level B2) • Structured, independent, and careful way of working as well as a strong quality awareness • Strong communication, team-oriented personality with initiative and enjoyment of continuous improvement Our offer ## • Six weeks vacation & additional purchase of vacation possible • Annual profit sharing • Numerous sports offers & employee events • Staff restaurant with attractive prices • Varied field of activity
