At the three sites Heinrichsbad, Ebnet and Dreilinden, around 260 employees contribute daily to our homes. They ensure a high quality of life for the residents and thus make a valuable contribution to society. Assistant in SRK Care 40 - 60 %# We are immediately or by agreement looking for an experienced and calm personality, with a heart for our residents, as Your demanding and varied tasks: • You accompany our residents with love and respect on a daily basis and contribute to their well-being. • You assume care and support tasks independently within the scope of your skills and support daily activities. • You contribute to our residents feeling at home in a well-kept and pleasant environment. • You have an eye for changes and pass on your observations to the team. • You are part of our team and contribute, through your respectful attitude, to good collaboration based on trust. Our requirements: • You have completed the SRK care assistant course and have ideally already gained experience in long-term care. • You have excellent knowledge of German, both written and spoken, enabling you to communicate safely. • Respectful and empathetic contact with elderly people is important to you and gives you joy on a daily basis. • You work independently and reliably and manage your tasks with responsibility. • You enjoy being part of a team and contribute, through your respectful attitude, to a pleasant and family-like atmosphere.
